communication issues significant overcharge
I was overcharged for breakfasts I did not have. The front desk encouraged me to buy breakfasts, but the restaurant had no record. At check out, I was assured I would not be charged but the charge remained on my bill, a lack of communication caused a significant overcharge.

i found a lovely bar there. the food was excellent. the location is close to the center. many restaurants are nearby.
the room was too small for the price. the bathroom did not match the pictures. there was no room service available.

The location is AMAZING!!! It is a short walk from the Metro. The room had unexpected bonuses like hair straighteners. I found the offer of beach towels and an umbrella particularly thoughtful.

superb stay

kind staff fantastic server helpful robbie great visit
the staff was very kind. alicia was a fantastic server. robbie helped with the parking app. the pregnant receptionist was gracious. the bar and restaurant staff were great. it was a great visit. the hotel is well located.
the waiter did not correctly show the buffet, initially. two waiters got super angry and hostile. they wouldn't stop talking and harassing me. this was unbelievable for a supposedly high-quality hotel.

helpful staff good location small room missing room service
the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. i found the location was good, it had easy access to nearby attractions. i was in walking distance to many things.
i had a small room for the price i paid, that i did not like. also, the bathroom did not look like the photos online. i didn't see room service available.
